Ad Exhibitors: Only allowed to the stand staff of an exhibiting company. As the booth rental automatically includes one full registration per booth, exhibitors will be allowed to register one additional person per single booth, provided the person is working on the booth.

Cancellation policy

Refund of fees, less 25% administrative charges, can be applied for in writing until June 1st, 2021 to the Administrative Secretariat. After this date no refund will be possible. Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time. For any change of names, a fee of 30€ will be charged.

Invitation to Conference Dinner*

*The Conference Dinner in the City Hall has limited availability (150) and places will be assigned following a “first come, first serve” policy. An alternative program will be arranged for guest who register after a full capacity is reached.
